1. Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation, provided the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping company. The customer can contact our customer service to request a cancellation. This cancellation policy does not restrict the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal. If the order has already been shipped, the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with our return policy and applicable law.
2. Cancellation procedure
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service by email or phone and provide your order number, proof of payment, and any other information necessary to identify the transaction.
Our team will process your request upon receipt. If the cancellation is accepted, we will inform you of the outcome and initiate the refund within the specified timeframes.
3. Refund procedure
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business days using the same payment method used for the original order. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank.
